Shipping Policy
Shipping rates will vary depending on the size of the item and on your country. We strive to keep our shipping rates as low as possible, and we offer greatly reduced shipping rates on multiple item orders. Expedited shipping is available and can be added/ calculated upon checkout. Please note, expedited shipping expedites only the shipping service, not our order turnaround.
We do not refund for lost/unclaimed/undeliverable packages.
US SHIPPING
Orders to the US are shipped via Canada Post.
US orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to Toms Boot nor are they set by Toms Boots rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier.
We do not refund for lost packages but we will do our best to try and track it down for you.
We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.

Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.
To falsify the amounts paid or the contents of the package on customs forms could lead to hefty fines that our tiny little business would not be able to handle. Warranty
- Covers any defects in materials used to manufacture your product
- Covers any defects in workmanship under normal use
- Covers any broken components under normal use
- If returned due to manufacturer defect please allow 30 days for your return to be processed. As soon as your return is credited you will receive a phone call.
The following are not covered under manufacturer warranty
- Material failure caused by excessive wear, unreasonable use, exposure to caustic chemicals, extreme heat, alterations, or abnormal wear related to occupation
- Stitching or hardware failure due to being caught, hooked, snagged or other abnormal wearing accident
- Leather not properly treated to keep from drying out
- Failure due to complete submersion in water or allowing the water to seep over the top of the footwear, or through the zippers, laces, or elastics
- Separation of soles due to being caught, hooked, snagged, or cut
- Normal wear on soles or heels due to individual wear patterns, or heavy wear associated with occupation
- Poor fit

Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
